A Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist with more than a decade of injectable experience. Elizabeth began her nursing career in ER and trauma, where she sharpened the precision and steady hand that now define her aesthetic work. In 2013 she followed her calling into aesthetic medicine, and in 2017 she earned her CANS — a credential held by only seven nurses in Texas at the time of her certification.

Her work centers on bio-rejuvenation, intentional placement, and natural, refined results — never overdone, never overwritten. As Privé's lead injector and brand face, Elizabeth carries every plan from consult to outcome herself.

Kandis Ysbrand

Wellness coordinator · Partner of the practice

Kandis is Privé's wellness coordinator and a partner of the practice — leading our weight-loss and anti-aging programs with a hospitality-first approach. She designs each protocol around the way her clients actually live: schedules, energy, sleep, the long arc of feeling well.

A devoted mother of three, Kandis brings warmth, continuity, and a quiet operational backbone to every client relationship at the studio.

Privé's general manager — our everything — and the driving force behind every function of the studio. Originally from Bloomington, Illinois, Brittnee began her career as a cosmetologist before crossing into medical aesthetics. After a decade in the field — including five years with a leading DFW practice — she brings a steady hand to operations, client relations, and the day-to-day rhythm of the studio.

Off the clock: her partner Zach, a good pour, summer afternoons by the pool, and her teams on autumn Sundays.

Devin Rogers

Trained at the National Laser Institute, Dallas

Devin is Privé's licensed laser technician and laser safety officer, trained at the National Laser Institute in Dallas. Her work covers the full range of energy-based treatments offered at the studio: laser hair removal, tattoo removal, IPL and BBL photorejuvenation, RF microneedling, CO₂ resurfacing, and skin tightening.

Devin runs the laser room with a quiet, methodical precision — building protocols around skin type, season, and the specific concern in front of her.

Gabi sets the tone of the studio — the warm welcome, the careful follow-up, the small details that make every visit feel personal. As Privé's patient care coordinator, she's typically the first voice clients hear and the last one they speak to before they leave.

A nursing student set to graduate in August 2026 and on track to earn her RN, Gabi brings clinical curiosity and concierge instincts to every appointment she touches.

Dr. Joseph Ysbrand is the founder and a managing partner of Privé Aesthetics. After opening Z-Spa in Fort Worth in 2010, he built Privé as a streamlined, single-visit aesthetic concept tailored to the busy schedules of Dallas residents — one private studio at 6417 Hillcrest, the same clinician through every step of a plan.

His approach is grounded in osteopathic medicine's whole-body lens: aesthetic outcomes that hold up because the underlying health does.

Dr. Gregory Gardner is Privé's lead physician and medical director. A U.S. Air Force flight surgeon with a background in emergency medicine, orthopedic rehabilitation, and cosmetic injectables, he oversees clinical standards for every provider in the studio.

Dr. Gardner's role is the steady clinical anchor behind every plan written at Privé — the doctor signing off on what the team delivers, every day.
