privemedical.com (the “Site”) is operated by Privé Aesthetics, a medical aesthetics practice located at 6417 Hillcrest Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75205. By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Site.

ii. · Information, not medical adviceWhat this site is and isn’t

The Site is informational. It describes services we offer, the clinicians who provide them, and what to expect at the studio. It is not a substitute for a clinical consultation, and nothing on it should be read as medical advice or as a treatment recommendation specific to you. A treatment plan is something we build with you in person, after taking your history and looking at the skin, the face, and the goals.

If you are considering a procedure based on something you read here, the next step is a consultation — not the procedure itself.

iii. · Booking and appointmentsHow appointments work

Booking links on this Site open Vagaro, our scheduling platform, in a new tab. Appointment confirmations, deposits, cancellation windows, no-show fees, and rescheduling policies are managed there and described in your confirmation email at the time of booking. Membership terms (The Luxe Skin Club) are documented separately and signed at enrollment.

iv. · Results disclaimerWhat we can and cannot promise

Every face responds differently. Photographs of client outcomes published on this Site — including the “Results” gallery and individual service pages — depict actual Privé Aesthetics clients who have given written permission to be shown. They are illustrative of the kind of work we do, not a guarantee of how a similar protocol will look on you.

Aesthetic medicine carries inherent risks and limits, all of which we will discuss in detail before any treatment. We do not guarantee a specific outcome.

v. · Photos and consentAbout the imagery on this site

All client photographs, before-and-afters, treatment imagery, and team portraits are the property of Privé Aesthetics or licensed for our use, and are published with the written consent of the people in them. Please do not save, repost, or repurpose these images without our written permission.

vi. · Intellectual propertyThe brand and the work

The Privé Aesthetics name, logo, wordmark, the script signature, all original photography, copy, and the design of this Site are the property of Privé Aesthetics. Brand and product names of services offered (e.g., Botox®, Dysport®, Sculptra®, Juvéderm®, SkinBetter Science®) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used on this Site solely to describe the products we offer.

vii. · Submissions and feedbackIf you send us something

If you submit feedback, comments, suggestions, or other materials to us — through the newsletter form, by email, or in person — you grant us permission to use them to improve our practice and our communications, without obligation to you. Don’t send us anything you wouldn’t be comfortable with us using internally.

viii. · External linksWhen the site sends you elsewhere

Some links on this Site lead to third-party platforms — Vagaro for booking, Instagram and Facebook for social, brand-product manufacturers for ingredient and clinical detail, and others. Once you leave the Site you are subject to those platforms’ own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and cannot speak for them.

ix. · The Site is provided as-isWhat we can’t guarantee about the technology

We work to keep the Site accurate, secure, and continuously available. We can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of every kind of technical fault. The Site and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be disclaimed by law.

x. · Limitation of liabilityThe legal floor

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Privé Aesthetics, its owners, clinicians, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Liability for direct damages, where it cannot be excluded, is limited to one hundred United States dollars. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for clinical malpractice; that is governed by separate law and our consents at the time of treatment.

xi. · Governing lawTexas, Dallas County

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

xii. · ChangesIf these terms change

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for thirty days. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
