What it is.
A vitamin injection delivers nutrients directly into the muscle, bypassing the digestive system entirely. The B12 you swallow loses most of its potency to gut absorption; the B12 we inject into your deltoid is bioavailable in minutes. The shot is the most efficient way to deliver what your body can’t reliably absorb.
We carry a curated menu — not "everything for everyone," but the formulations that actually do work. No IV lines, no chair time, no fasting bloodwork required for the standard shots. Just a clinician, a small syringe, and ten to thirty seconds.
What we offer.
- Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) — energy, mood, methylation support. The most-requested shot.
- Glutathione — the body’s primary antioxidant; supports liver detox, skin clarity, and brightness.
- Lipo-C — high-dose vitamin C with lipotropic support; immunity, recovery, and a metabolic boost.
What to expect.
A first appointment is brief — a one-page intake reviewing allergies and current medications, then the injection. The shot itself is ten to thirty seconds, placed in the deltoid (most common) or gluteal muscle. You’re back to your day in five minutes total. Most patients feel a noticeable effect — energy, clarity, mood — within hours.

Cadence.
B12 is typically weekly for the first month, then every two weeks for maintenance. Glutathione is usually weekly during a brightening or detox protocol. Lipo-C as needed — pre-travel, post-illness, or when immunity is the goal.
Considerations.
We review allergies, current medications, and pregnancy status at the first visit. We don’t treat patients with active untreated medical conditions without physician clearance. Most patients tolerate IM shots without issue — minor bruising or soreness at the site is the most common (and self-limited) effect.
Who places it.
Every vitamin injection at Privé is administered by a credentialed clinician under physician oversight — never a rotating staff. Quiet, precise, and quick. The same standard of care as any other appointment in the studio.
