How do I store the medication?

Refrigerated. We give you a small insulated kit and a written storage protocol; most peptides are stable for the dose-cycle window we set up.

Rotate sites — abdomen, thigh — and clean with an alcohol swab before each dose. Mild redness or a small bump at the site is normal.

Timing around food and sleep?

Some peptides are dose-timed to fasted state or to bedtime. Your protocol sheet specifies — follow it exactly for the first month, then we adjust based on response.

Heavy alcohol the night of dosing for some peptides — listed on your sheet. We also flag any medication interactions at the consult.

Any unusual reaction at the injection site, persistent fatigue, or anything that doesn’t feel right. We do scheduled check-ins, but message us anytime in between.

Every peptide we carry is compounded at a U.S. licensed, FDA-registered pharmacy. No grey-market or research-grade product, ever. Lab work is required before any protocol begins; the cost of that initial panel is included in your first month's fee. We work with patients on a 3–6 month re-check cadence to track and adjust.

What to expect.

The first appointment is a 60-minute consultation to review your goals, current labs (or order new ones), medications, and contraindications. From there we build a protocol — typically self-administered subcutaneous injections at home, with detailed instructions and ongoing support.

Most peptides take 4–12 weeks to show meaningful subjective change. We re-check labs at 3 and 6 months and adjust based on what your body is telling us, not on a fixed schedule.

Considerations.

Peptide therapy is medical care — not a wellness fad. We require labs, take a thorough medical history, and screen for contraindications. Active malignancy, untreated thyroid disorder, pregnancy, and breastfeeding are absolute contraindications. We do not prescribe to clients we haven't evaluated in person.
